1. Who we are

binarybuddies.in is run by Binary Buddies, an independent software studio run by Hitesh Virani in Junagadh, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the website

You may browse and read the site freely. You agree not to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to, through the site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or other users' accounts;
• disrupt the site, for example with automated requests that overload it;
• copy our content in bulk or republish it as your own.

3. Accounts and comments

You can sign in with your Google account to comment and like posts. You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the site. If you delete it, or ask us to, we will remove it.

4. Our articles

Articles on our blog are general information, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Most of them are written with AI tools, and not all of them are reviewed by a person before they are published. We try to keep them accurate, but they may contain mistakes or become out of date, so please check anything important before you rely on it. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.

5. Our products and client work

Our apps, such as pixkoz, Googly Player, Step Counter, BloomWay and Zinda Chess, have their own terms and privacy policies, shown on their websites or Google Play listings. Software we build for clients is covered by the written agreement for that project, not by these terms. Information on this site about our services is not an offer; a project starts only when we both agree its scope, timeline and price in writing.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logos and code belong to Binary Buddies unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

7. Links and advertising

The site links to other websites and shows third-party ads on blog articles. We don't control those sites or ads and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use your data.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

We provide the website “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about this website will be handled by the courts of Junagadh, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes and contact
