BloomWay Terms of Use

Effective 7 November 2026. These terms apply to BloomWay, published by Binary Buddies.

• BloomWay is free to install and has no ads and no accounts of its own.
• Your progress is saved on your device. Clearing the game's data or uninstalling it removes that copy.
• Google Play Games is optional, and Google's own terms apply to it.
• Petals, streaks and garden items are part of the game and have no money value.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

BloomWay is published by Binary Buddies, an independent software studio run by Hitesh Virani in Junagadh, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using BloomWay. By installing or using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Google Play's own terms also apply to downloading the app from Google Play and to anything you pay for there.

2. What BloomWay does

BloomWay is a calm daily pipe puzzle: water every flower, then grow a cozy garden. It is available as an Android app and on the web, and these terms cover both.

3. Who can use it

BloomWay is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can accept a contract where you live, a parent or guardian needs to accept these terms for you.

4. Your right to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use BloomWay on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as long as you follow these terms. You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, or publish a changed version of it;
• take the app apart or try to get at its source code, except where the law lets you;
• use it to break the law or anyone else's rights;
• interfere with the app, or with any server or service it connects to.

5. Price, ads and purchases

BloomWay is free to install and shows no ads.

If BloomWay ever offers something to buy, you buy it through Google Play. Google takes the payment, and Google Play's refund rules apply, along with any right to cancel or get a refund that the law gives you.

6. Your progress

Your progress is saved on your device. If you clear the game's data, erase your progress or uninstall the game, that copy is gone. We never receive it, so we cannot restore it for you. A copy may remain if you use Google Play Games or your phone's own backup.

Petals, streaks, solved puzzles and garden items are part of the game. They have no money value and cannot be sold or exchanged.

7. Google Play Games

You can use Google Play Games for achievements, leaderboards and a saved copy of your progress. It is optional, and you don't need it to play. Google provides it under its own terms and policies, and your Play Games profile settings decide who sees your scores. Please play fair: don't try to manipulate the leaderboards.

8. Your information

How BloomWay handles information is explained in its privacy policy.

9. Updates and availability

We may update BloomWay, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We cannot promise that it will work on every device or version of Android, or that it will always be available.

10. Who owns what

BloomWay, including its name, logo, artwork and code, belongs to us or to those who license it to us. These terms give you the right to use it, not ownership of it. Parts of the app come from others and keep their own licences. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. No guarantee, and the limits of our liability

We work to keep BloomWay reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We cannot promise that it will always work, be free of errors or suit your particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your rights as a consumer

If you use the app as a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you that cannot be signed away. In the European Economic Area and the UK, that includes your legal rights if digital content does not work as described. If anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

13. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by uninstalling BloomWay or closing the web version.

14. Law and disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first at hello@binarybuddies.in. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Junagadh, Gujarat, India. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection of that country's mandatory laws, or any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. We will update this page and its update history, and where we can we will make important changes clear in the app or on its store page. If you keep using BloomWay after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, please stop using it.
